Renewal and Reciprocity
A seasonal journey rooted in nature, reflection, and creative renewal
Dates: January 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2026
An online program for Adults

Winter asks something different of us.
While much of the world rushes toward New Year's resolutions and productivity goals, the natural world slows, turns inward, and rests. This season invites reflection, listening, and renewal rather than more striving.
Renewal and Reciprocity offers a grounded, wisdom-rooted alternative for this season. Over four weeks, you are guided through a seasonal process of reflection and creative inquiry that helps you take stock of where you've been, release what no longer serves, and restore connection with the rhythms of life you are part of.
Rather than rushing towards answers, this process invites you to listen more deeply to the quiet signals present within yourself, your relationships, and the natural world. Through reflection, creative exploration, shared inquiry, and time spent in relationship with the natural world, you are supported in reconnecting with what feels essential and alive as you move into the next season of your life.
This journey moves at a different pace than goal-setting and self-optimization. It asks you to remember your place in the larger rhythm of life and listen for what wants to emerge next.
Who This Program Is For
Renewal and Reciprocity is designed for adults who feel drawn to nature, reflection, and living in closer relationship with the rhythms of life.
This program may be a good fit for you if you:
- Value nature and feel drawn to seasonal rhythms, whether that connection feels strong right now or a bit distant
- Are yearning for renewal in your creativity, sense of direction, or inner orientation
- Want meaningful time for reflection without committing to a long or intensive program
- Feel scattered, full, or simply ready to recenter
- Are curious about your gifts and the patterns shaping your life, even if things don't feel clear yet
- Appreciate learning and reflecting within a thoughtful, supportive community
Whether you're feeling worn down or well-resourced, clear or uncertain, deeply practiced in nature connection or just beginning to explore it, this experience is designed to meet you where you are and support what wants to take shape next.
Individuals are welcome, and couples or family members are also warmly invited to participate together. This program is open internationally and scheduled to be friendly for both North American and European time zones.
What Makes This Program Different
Renewal and Reciprocity grows out of decades of deep nature connection mentoring and cultural traditions that Twin Eagles Wilderness School has stewarded over time. This work comes from an earth-based lineage that understands reflection, creativity, and direction as something shaped in relationship with the living world, and guided by each person's natural blueprint rather than driven by force or productivity.
This is not a vision board workshop.
It is not a productivity reset.
It is not a New Year's resolution program.
Instead, Renewal and Reciprocity is a relational, reflective process that unfolds through community, shared inquiry, and time spent in direct relationship with nature. Between sessions, you are invited outdoors to listen, reflect, and allow the land itself to inform your process.
The power of this work comes from slowing down enough to listen to yourself and to the Earth, and allowing clarity to arise from lived experience rather than imposed goals.

The Four Week Arc
Each session builds gently on the last, creating a clear and natural progression through reflection, release, and envisioning.
Week One: Taking Stock and Restoring Connection
A reflective look at the past season of your life. We slow down, take stock of what has nourished you and what has challenged you, and begin restoring connection with yourself, others, and the natural rhythms you're part of.
Week Two: Recognizing Your Allies
An exploration of the inner and outer allies already present in your life, whether you've named them consciously or not. We listen more closely to the patterns of support, guidance, and gifts that have been walking with you.
Week Three: Surrender and Forgiveness
A gentle but honest turning toward expectations, grief, and the places where holding on may be costing you energy. Through surrender and forgiveness, we create space for renewed movement, clarity, and compassion.
Week Four: Envisioning What's Next
From a clearer, more grounded place, we look ahead. We follow the threads of creativity and vision that are already present and begin shaping how you want to move into the next season of your life.
What You'll Leave With
This experience is designed to support your creative path and inner orientation. Benefits include:
- A clearer sense of the patterns and experiences that have been shaping your life, including where energy has been flowing and where it may be getting stuck
- A deeper connection to your natural blueprint, including the gifts, creative capacities, and ways of being already present within you
- Greater awareness of what may be clouding clarity or direction
- A lived experience of slowing down and re-aligning with seasonal rhythms, rather than pushing forward through effort or willpower
- Renewed creative energy and motivation rooted in meaning, connection, and relationship
- The perspective and support that comes from being witnessed and reflecting alongside others in a thoughtful, grounded community

A Few Common Questions
Do I need prior experience with nature connection or mentoring work?
No. This program is designed to meet you where you are. Whether nature connection is already a lived practice for you or something you're just beginning to explore, the process is accessible and supported by clear structure and skilled facilitation.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions will be recorded and shared with participants. While live participation is encouraged for the full relational experience, you'll still be able to stay connected with the arc of the program if you miss a week.
Is this still a fit if I'm already feeling clear or resourced?
Yes. Renewal and Reciprocity isn't about fixing or figuring something out. It's about tending what's already alive, deepening alignment, and listening more closely to what's asking to emerge next.
