Mother Daughter Program Imagine having a time where you and your daughter can retreat to nature to nurture your relationship with one another. Imagine being nestled in a community and the common bond of other mothers and their daughters in the sanctuary of nature. Accompanying you on this adventure are female guides who can hold you and your relationship with your daughters as sacred and support the growth of your relationship when and where it counts. It's a time to really be present to your journey as a mother and to that very special gift in front of you - your daughter.

Father-Son Wilderness Program

For fathers and their 9 - 13 year old sons
Thursday May 21 - Monday May 25, 2026 (Memorial Day Weekend)
Medicine Circle Eco-Retreat - Priest River, Idaho

Father Son Wilderness Program Imagine taking five days with your son(s), and connecting deeply with nature and your boy(s) through ancestral wilderness survival skills, all within a small "tribe" of other fathers & sons that are like minded with similar values. During this program, we'll make fire by friction, build and sleep in natural shelters, learn traditional hunting and gathering techniques, and track wild animals. Primitive wilderness survival isn't a "Man vs. Wild" scenario, it is an opportunity to build a deep relationship with the Earth. As you and your son do so, you'll find that your relationship with your son deepens in powerful ways.

Summer Camps 2025 - A Season to Remember

Another summer of Twin Eagles Wilderness Adventure Camps has come to a close. Over the past two and a half months, hundreds of kids and teens stepped onto the land with us. They built shelters, made fire, tracked animals, got muddy, sang around the fire, played wild games, wandered quietly, and re-discovered their place in the living world.

What stays with us most is not just the skills, but the way kids come alive. The spark in their eyes, the bonds of friendship, the joy of belonging to the Earth. Our staff and mentors poured themselves into making this summer unforgettable, and we’re so grateful to every family who entrusted us with their children.

Summer Camps

Here are a couple of notes from parents that speak louder than we ever could:

"My son did a camp this June. He came home everyday with a smile on his face, red in the cheeks from all the awesome exploring each day. He has a new confidence about himself and wants to head out on the trail as soon as possible again! He’s even taught me a lot of nature facts that he learned and skills from camp. My son can wait to do another camp again. Thanks Twin Eagles. You have a wonderful staff/ camp leaders!!" -Ashley Barlow

"Me on Monday after camp: 'What are you grateful for today?' Kiddo: 'Twin Eagles! Everyone there, they are just such GOOD people!' -Hilary Whitcomb

We close the season with full hearts, already looking forward to welcoming kids and families back in the seasons to come.

Late Summer Blessings,
