Renewal and Reciprocity A winter circle for reflection, renewal, and re-centering There is a moment at the beginning of the year when things are still quiet enough to listen. Before the calendar fills, before momentum takes over, before the year decides itself for us. Renewal and Reciprocity was created for this moment. This four-week, live online program is an invitation to pause at the threshold of the year and orient yourself from a deeper place. Rather than rushing ahead, this process supports you in: Reflecting on the season you’ve just lived Clarifying what you’re ready to release Reconnecting with the sources of meaning, creativity, and guidance already present in your life Each weekly session offers structured reflection, shared inquiry, and practices rooted in direct relationship with the natural world. Between sessions, participants are invited into simple, embodied practices outdoors, allowing insight to arise through lived experience rather than abstraction. The program is guided by Jeannine Tidwell, co-Founder / co-Director of Twin Eagles Wilderness School, whose work has supported adults, families, and youth through seasons of transition and renewal for over two decades. Her facilitation is grounded, relational, and attentive to the subtle rhythms that shape real change. This is a space for adults who want to begin the year with clarity that comes from listening rather than pushing.
