Renewal and Reciprocity An invitation to slow down and begin the year differently Winter has a way of telling the truth. While the world ramps up speed, expectations, and "new year" momentum, the land does something else entirely. It slows, it rests, and it turns inward. That contrast is part of why we created Renewal and Reciprocity. This January, Twin Eagles Wilderness School is offering a new four-week, live online program for adults who feel the pull to begin the year differently. Not by pushing forward, but by listening more deeply. Renewal and Reciprocity is a seasonal journey rooted in nature, reflection, and creative renewal. Over four weekly sessions, participants are guided through a process of taking stock of where they've been, releasing what no longer serves, and restoring connection with what feels essential and alive. This is not a productivity reset, or a goal-setting workshop, or about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering your place in the larger rhythm of life. Between sessions, participants are invited into simple reflective practices outdoors, allowing the natural world itself to inform the process. Creative and art-based practices are included, with no prior experience needed. The program is led by Jeannine Tidwell, co-Director of Twin Eagles Wilderness School, whose work has supported adults, families, and youth through seasons of transition, grief, renewal, and re-orientation for over two decades.
