Medicine Circle Eco-Retreat Center, Priest River, Idaho
You’re invited to our Spring Work Party at Twin Eagles!
As the snow melts and the land begins to wake up again, we gather to tend and care for Medicine Circle. This is a chance to reconnect, give back, and help prepare the land for another season of programs, growth, and connection.
If you are able-bodied, able to focus, age 13 and up, and feel called to be of service, we would love to have you join us.
Medicine Circle has been home to Twin Eagles deep nature connection mentoring programs for over 20 years. Each spring, we come together in a spirit of reciprocity to care for the land that has supported so many meaningful experiences for youth, families, and community.
Work projects will include spring cleanup, preparing firewood, stacking and moving wood, cleaning up fallen branches, and general spruce-up work around camp. There will be meaningful work for all skill levels and abilities.
Twin Eagles will provide a hearty lunch with both vegetarian and meat options for everyone who joins us.
What to Bring:
- Work gloves
- Sturdy boots
- Personal dishes for lunch (plate, bowl, utensils)
- Water bottle
- Warm layers and rain gear
- Ear protection if you’d like
Please RSVP so we know how many people are coming and can plan food accordingly. Let us know about any dietary needs, and we will send you a map and directions.
