Job Opening - Administrative Assistant
We are hiring!
We're looking for an amazing Administrative Assistant to assist Tim Corcoran in his role as co-Director of Twin Eagles Wilderness School and Director of Purpose Mountain. This is a part-time "Virtual Assistant" role, reporting directly to Tim Corcoran. For this role you will work remotely from home. This role starts at 10 hours per week with the possibility of increasing to 20+ hours per week.
The mission of the Administrative Assistant is to stay five steps ahead of their leader, tracking all of the administrative details, and clearing the path for him to make his greatest contribution. The Administrative Assistant will be a key asset to Tim by anticipating needs at an exceptionally high level, allowing him to develop vision and strategy for all aspects of his organizations.
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years as an Administrative Assistant.
Equipment: Provide your own computer and high-speed internet connection.
Personal: Strong desire to contribute to nature connection, mentoring, and community building initiatives. Passionate about inner work, visionary development and regenerative organizational development. Internal resilience and self-sufficiency. Ability to cheerfully improvise and adapt in changing circumstances.
Job Type: Part Time, Year-round, Salaried (10 hours per week at $20 per hour), Contract Work
